Barbecue has remains one of the most traditional outdoor cooking event, we enjoy in the United States.  Whether it a holidays event, are in celebration of July 4, barbecuing is our festive, and our choice of food would be pork spare ribs.  Barbecue can be served on any day like birthday, political rallies, church fundraiser, car wash, and just about on any given day.  Barbecue tend to bring people together and bond people back to their roots, people in a backyard providing a cooking experience that is often an escape from civilization and closer to nature.  Today, barbecues held in different regions of the country vary in cuisine and style, but the cuisines all hold the same concept of cooking outside and over a fire.  There are competitive barbecue competition cook off held throughout the country in which people will compete by cooking barbecue and having it judged by the events judges.  In Chicago, Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, Carolina, Memphis, it is pulled pork sandwich served on a bun and topped with coleslaw. in Kansas, Maryland, Kentucky, the style of barbecue is difference types of meats including pulled pork, pork ribs, smoked sausage, beef brisket, beef ribs and smoked grilled chicken. Indigenous people around the world used the earth as a oven for cooking there meats for thousands of years.
