Hello everyone,

My name is Rafis, this is my only my second semester but I’m looking forward to my last. I wish I could say that graduation is around the corner but it’s still a year or so away for me. My favorite food, or at least my favorite food for today was popusas. I love food from everywhere and fresh made Pupusas are no exemption. The tortillas are freshly and hand made, stuffed with cheese and tasty pork that is served with a freshly chopped cabbage salad and toped with a semi spicy tomato sauce. You can eat them alone or along a side dish of white season rice and refried beans. If you have never had this dish, I highly recommend it!
